Attachment-informed
How early relationships and cultural conditioning taught you to connect, protect and expect, and how those patterns can be reworked toward something steadier.
The work
Pluralistic and integrative. The relationship comes first, you lead, and I draw on whatever genuinely helps rather than forcing one method.
A few threads run through everything

Shame is something to understand and soften, never to confront or deepen. Especially the shame many of us carry about needing anything at all.
Family loyalty, expectation, migration and living between cultures are taken seriously, not treated as background noise.
Much of what we call thoughts and feelings lives in the body. We work at a pace your body can tolerate, never faster.
Getting to know the various parts of yourself, including the protective ones, with curiosity rather than judgement.
Where we meet
We can meet in person at either of two consulting rooms, or online, and for a small number of clients, at home*.
In-person sessions in Central London take place at Token House, a Victorian building that sits quietly at the end of a discreet side street behind the Bank of England, a few minutes' walk from Bank, Moorgate and Liverpool Street. Clients are welcomed at reception, and there is a comfortable waiting room. The consulting room itself is newly decorated and air conditioned, with one way glass at the window so it stays private while the light comes in.

I also see clients at The Croydon Space, a calm, private therapy room in central Croydon, two minutes' walk from East Croydon station. There is a quiet waiting area, and the room itself is comfortable, sound treated and unhurried.

Online sessions are available across the UK.
For a small number of clients, I also offer sessions at home within selected areas. The full detail, including the fee, is on the Fees & questions page. To ask about current availability, get in touch.
If this way of working sounds like what you have been looking for, we can start with a short call.
