Getting in touch

A short message or a first call is enough to start.

Reaching out can be the hardest part, especially when you are used to handling things yourself. There is no pressure here. If any of this has spoken to you, book a first call or send a short message. Everything you share is confidential.

What to expect

  1. A first conversation

A free 15 minute call. There is nothing to prepare.

  2. A first session

If it feels right, we book a full session and begin at your pace.

  3. We review together

After the first few weeks, we check in on how the work is feeling. You stay in the driving seat.

“What is most personal is most universal.”
